It is really disappointing to see Wikileaks become yet another political tool. I always respected their unbiased approach to revealing facts. Now, they're no different than the Drudges and Breitbarts of the world.
So, after all this plays out, should the courts side with the DoJ and order Apple to comply, if Apple just flattly says, "No", what could happen? Fines? If Apple just says, "No" to those as well? What could the DoJ possibly do to them? I really hope Apple sticks to their moral high ground here. No matter the consequences.
I hope someone hacks Bowles so bad, publishes such personal info as to embarrass the f out of her, that she changes her tune. What's wrong, it's just your personal life, you shouldn't care that it is out there for the world to see, right?
So Apple was asked to license something they knew they used, and knew that other companies had paid to license. And knew that at least one other large tech company had lost a previous case for the same license and had to pay. Apple refuses to pay and uses it anyway. UW sues. And you accuse UW of being the patent troll. Could you suck Apple's **** a little bit harder?
It is very clear that the most dangerous 4-letter entities to America and American's Constitutional rights aren't some foreign band called ISIS or ISIL. No, the worst of the worst have the acronyms USTR, MPAA, and RIAA. If the US really wanted to advance freedom, it would direct drones on them.
Exactly. You can almost guess what 90% of the comments will be simply by the subject of the article being commented upon. Each site has a handful of the same people who spew garbage and ad hominem like projectile vomit. Wading through comments on sites like Yahoo News is the equivalent of watching some of the worst dregs of reality TV. Good riddance.
I can't tell if you're trolling or if you really are as f'ed up in the head as your ridiculous statements lead me to believe. If you are serious, then it is people like you that need to be put away for the protection of the rest of the world. You are the problem.
No, Anonymous COWARD, no matter how many times you try to claim this stupidity and ignorance is justified, it isn't. People like you need to be put away so you can't harm the rest of society any longer.
So you were bullied in school, and now you want to get back at all of them by excoriating someone you don't even know. GTFO you pansy-assed cancer upon society.
