The white house is required to do a lot of things by law. From what I have seen they pick and choose what laws to follow what laws to break. Or in some cases what laws to change to make their illegal actions retroactively legal.
I hope someday someone leaks the automated program google is using for youtube so we can see just what differences there are between what Google says it takes down and what they are actually programmed to take down.
Truly amazing how corporations like charter think suing will somehow magically make the facts that they have intentionally failed to follow through on their contracts vanish when this comes to court.
In my case I am not all that worried to be honest. I don't use email for my personal life just for the various fake personalities I have set up for differant online things.
