So, you believe that RP has a valid trademark claim? That's the harm he is suing about. Trademark.
The problem is, the trademark claim is obviously invalid and is just something he is using, via his lawyers, to find out who made these videos. No one should be allowed to misuse the legal system, which is what it appears RP is doing..
A valid response to lies is the truth, not a bogus lawsuit.
People like you make Ron Paul look bad. The best support you can ever give him is to publicly support his opposition in the same way you just supported him: by looking like a crazy nutjob.
Do this country a favor and stop supporting Ron Paul, so he might actually win.
Why do they deserve a cut without doing any additional work? Additionally, they aren't paying the costs for these new services, yet they will reap the benefits of having their product become more useful to the end user.
Hypothetically speaking, if I had written the documents in a language I made up and was unable to be decoded, except by myself, could I be compelled to decode them for the court?
That's fair. That being said, there are some sources I have come to trust, and don't feel the need to see a link with every statement. I have no doors that sources could be provided, were I to ask.
Sounds to me like you just called out on your lie. The day people with your point of view on these issues (note, I didn't say it was right or wrong) can be honest and upfront about what skin they have in the game, is the day we can begin to find middle ground in the issue, if a thing even exists anymore, after years of extremes and misleading information.
Until such a time, expect to be called out on every single statement. Expect to have to give proof. Otherwise, you're just wasting your time that could be better spent with your friends and family.

More likely, anyone actually using these services for infringement will just fall back to torrents, or move on to something else. This only actually impacts people who were attempting to use these services in a completely legal manner.
Funny thing, though, is that since Google removed the file type restriction on what you can upload to Google Docs, it behaves an awful lot like a file locker. Maybe it's time for Google to stop being defensive and go on the offensive against Hollywood, DC. (yes, I know that doesn't make sense)
Re: What the Google or the tech sector should do ...
I think you're on to something with #2. Right now much of the content on file sharing websites is unauthorized. This allows big media companies to point at them and say "these sites are dedicated to infringement". What if some tech company bought, and then placed in the public domain, a big block of semi current popular media? Suddenly a huge chunk of shared files are authorized, and web sites are no longer "dedicated to infringement".
