Guys please just stop. The whole Republican Democrat argument is a waste of time. Lets just agree they are both crap, and dont really represent the people anymore.
Appears Skeptical Cynic is a Republican.
"The Republicans did not pass the largest push to control our lives" - Were you not present during the Bush administration?
"Well, thank goodness you have no prejudices of your own, huh?" - Considering I have been chased down by gun toting rednecks in the south for traveling with a black friend and almost lost my life for it then yes, I am allowed to come to the conclusion that any person that appears to fall into the redneck stereotype are incredibly stupid.
Come to think of it:
"my network has stopped working".
I call bullshit, you have never worked in IT. They dont call and say "my network has stopped working". They call and say I cant get to the internet or my email is not working, or Universal Type Server wont connect. I searched our ticket system and that term returns nothing. (We support 6000+ here in the US and another 2500 users in 5 countries.)
"So, who is making strawman arguments" - Appears to be you.
Never? No ipconfig /renew ? Never had a DNS hiccup? Never in 43 years?
I think someone is not being truthful here.
"I wanted to hide my identity"
So now a MAC/IP address is an identifiable source? You register your mac with every network admin whose network you connect to?
The only thing I come close to agreeing with you on is the MAC address spoofing. He knew he was hitting the network kind of hard but that in itself is not a crime. And a machine was blocked, not a person. At any time he could have pulled out another laptop and continued download documents that were freely available.
Major FAIL. Rednecks are notorious for being racist, and IMHO incredibly stupid.
It stands to reason that all MLK did for civil rights and human rights was well known throughout the world.
Considering I can think of at least 5 off the top of my head from other countries that fit in MLK's category one would think he would have the same notoriety around the globe. But what do I know, I am just an ignorant American; Right?
"the rest of the world is racist"
You do see the irony in your statement? Hating on America with what appears to be a racist comment alluding to the fact that America is racist. Yeah.
Dont like America? Boycott us. No more Youtube, Google, yahoo, Bing, Amazon, iTunes.... and well just about the whole internet. Good luck with that.
We have truly truly lost a brilliant mind. This guy has more sense than the whole Congress put together. Must have been an unimaginable amount of pressure he was facing to do what he did.
"There are conspiracy theorists who came to this conclusion years ago" - Being a self proclaimed conspiracy theorist; Doesn't this now go beyond theory and become fact?
The MSM has the public brainwashed and used conspiracy theorist as a stigma to immediately discredit anything anyone has to say that goes against the norm, most Amerikans will never realize until it is too late, and when they do and revolt, then Marshall law will be declared and another civil war will ensue.
I will, after this day, never call the American PPL sheeple again, but use the more appropriate term lemmings.
I try really hard not to bring 911 stuff up here, but what we see happening has been accelerated due to the events of 911, and it was absolutely abused as a catalyst to the end-goal of the neoconservative agenda.
Pentagon - Black boxes - altimeter. Upon take off the altimeter gets adjusted for the barometric pressure of the day. The NTSB data from the black boxes clearly shows the adjustment after take off but upon landing/crashing no such adjustment is made. So what does that mean? Well about a 400 ft difference is all. How do we interpret that? Well that has kept me up nights and I don't have an answer for you. One thing I do know is either the NTSB data was made up or manipulated. Either conclusion brings up a myriad of additional questions to which some ppl's mind just cant handle. Is this a conspiracy theory? Or just someone like myself, and many others noticing a discrepancy in the official documents provided by the NTSB and questioning how that could possibly be?
Alright ill get off my tinfoil soapbox now, take off my tinfoil hat and stick to the articles at hand.
-End conspiracy laden rant.
"see how MAC spoofing can be considered a hack to get around a MAC block." - It was circumvention to gain access.
But that would be like tying a shoe string around a fence on public property and then arresting someone for breaking and entering when they untied it. Thanks DCX2.
Snort it. Im not kidding. If that's not for you then dilute it in about a shots glass worth of water. Sprinkle half of it on to a small amount of ice cream.
My brother-in-law has really bad back pain and the cost to manage it is a burden. He started cutting them to offset cost and to not feel the narcotic effect as much.
My wife uses the ice cream trick to get her elderly patients to take medicine they dont like.

Just been a little sick of it lately. They bash us and when you look at where they came from its a joke they dare say anything.
Maybe I should have had a few more cups of coffee today. My sarc meter runs on it.
