amazing thing is he is prolly the only congressman who would have the cojones to vote against a fer the chillren bill stickly on the constitutionaliy of it. of course he would vote against it even if it were const. because it would be spending tax money.
so lets put him in as president and enjoy the show. Id love to see his nickname switch from Dr. No to Dr. Veto
yep this cant just be an odometer setup, as i would assume this will charge you like tollroads. and tollroads are at different rates. so it has to be able to determine which road you are on. the varying rates of course are a method to try to de-congest areas- charge more in congested areas to influence drivers to go another cheaper route.
big money maker + big brother watching your every move. brilliant!
Im considering patenting this, but id like to have radar detectors build into the gps and a method to commnunicate locations out to other users in the area.. if we keep a live map of all smokey's, the tickets shall no longer prevail.
the only time i download camcorder rips is if one is mislabelled as something else :) cam rips are annoying as @#$@ to watch.
but really, most movies nowdays not only arent worth watching in the theatre, they arent even worth renting. so how you gonna stop people from sharing the vids once they come out for rent? hmm? your film aint that great, so i can wait ;)
i would likely do the e-ink thing and get a decent reader for it. anyone who has tried reading on a pda or (i)phone knows that it wears your eyes out, but not as fast as the battery. running that backlight for that long of time, aint gonna happen. and the screen is borderline too small, so you have to scroll too much or click too often. a nice e-ink pad that is a bit larger (book size?) would suit me fine.
oh and make it cheap ;)
yes i remember as a wee boy (last week) being told that you had to do a thorough search and fully document your whole invention process in a special binder book and date everything.. oh and build a real working prototype, in order to even think about applying for a patent. wow...
yang, the human intercoursee one probably sounds like a joke but im really going to do this ;) i just saw a patent granted in 2006 on a free energy device (motor spins generator, generator powers motor!), so its pretty obvious the patent office will allow anything nowdays..
Mike, your note about
"the input area... may not be minimized, maximized, or deleted."
doesnt matter, because that is in an independent claim. notice that almost all the claims are dependent on claim 1 or a chain off of it, but the last claim is standalone and doesnt depend on 1 or any others.. so he is probably claiming that apple is infringing one of the other claims instead of this one.
of playing with legos when we were kiddos... when one of us made something sorta cool, we would yell PATENTED and nobody else could copy it. i guess its about the same thing.
I shall rule the world when my reproductive intercourse patent is granted. I dont think any of you are infringers, but there are plenty out there... oh yes
i just had the best idea - class action suits should include a lotto to pick one or just a few members of the affected class to become the beneficiaries of the settlement! how bout that for making class action sexy again!
