But I can't resist, he has commented multiple times about the use of contractions in formal writing. Assuming your blog qualifies as formal writing, who the hell cares if you use contractions? Or did I get lost and we still live in the year 1200?

And sorry, I don't know grammah correction specialist's gender, so I decided to use she and her instead of it.
Mike could probably fix the username thing, but then he'd probably be in violation of some patent that attempts to compare similar usernames so that "Im a moron" can't be registered when "I'm a moron" is already taken.
sudo has long been configurable to not require a password, and of course it would be non-obvious for a distro to enable that configuration on install; or *maybe* there is an obvious reason they don't...
