@Mike So by re-writing his story, John is attempting to use a Jedi Mind Trick ("This is not the controversy you are looking for. You can go now. Move along."). Is that your interpretation of this event?
It seems unlikely that they would post such a empty affidavit with a forged signature. If they were in the mood to forge her signature I would expect this affidavit to line up more closely with the realtor's affidavit (i.e. "Cooper's a crazy man off his meds, and yes I did text him but I never said anything about his signature being forged," yada yada yada).
As a student of history I can say with confidence that never have I come across a better example of ironic justice than what Jester John is facing now. He who sneered at the legal skills of pro-se defendants has himself been advised to seek assistance from the 9th circuit's pro-se clinic. He who coerced, blackmailed and intimidated thousands into settling their cases, will soon be forced to settle his own cases.
