this happens in illinois, and it's exactly like you say. it has basically killed small breweries, everyone has to go through an overpriced middleman...resulting in higher prices as well.
well not for free, for actual profit. Think of how much they can benefit from the goodwill from doing this, not to mention future sales which would result in said profit. If they were going even further they'd provide a field of samsung phones for major 3rd party developers (XDA, cyanogenmod) - instead of having to pay them a salary, give them the phone and let them do it in their spare time.
This is first party. It is google's decision to set the return period on an app. They have changed it more than once, and lowered it to a completely ridiculous 15 minutes.

apple doesn't sell quality. They're quite literally a company of trolling, not unlike the majority of people who buy their products. Not a single product is as it seems, and it just has a lot of polish up front along with a ridiculous amount of hype. Apple has amazing PR, not so much anything else. Good PR will sell just about anything.
aaaand why do you think they don't want this in court? Courts will smack it down quickly and show that the private government interpretation (which is already knowingly wrong), is wrong.
What was the name of the asian government AG who was misinterpreting stuff during the bush era? I forgot the name, but it's the same as now.
Basically, we have an attorney who has their own intentionally (and factually) wrong interpretation of the law - and they tell the government they approve it and bam, it moves forward.
Mike was forced to do something drastic when his boxing career went down the drain and made him a “has-been.” His answer was getting a Maori warrior facial tattoo, which he claims is not even close to being finished. Our response? Awesome.
who are exactly the stakeholders? It's been noted that the copyright companies are NOT staskeholders. So are they holding this with the public or aren't they?
The issue here is that if they don't prevent people from being able to be fired over what consists of "complaining about their boss", etc, it becomes a very slippery slope of loosely defined terms.
What consists of bitching? do they consider "ugh rough day today" equivalent to bitching about their bosses? It's entirely possible.
why are these filmmakers so obsessed with penis? I've heard of a freudian slip buy holy crap! I'm now wondering if every single filmmaker who signed up for this idea is 100% homosexual...which, isn't that basically a pretty taboo thing over in india?
no, traffic law is the same as copyright - government will sue first (civil court), and people typically settle (not guilty/still fined) in or out of court, while people with a lawyer get the cases dropped almost instantly.

So I think any company that opens an app market should be the focus for this issue, amazon as well.

oh, and PCI!
Has anyone alerted them to this, or do we wait in private for the massive fees to come along to Sony?
PCI is going to eat them alive - violations are incredibly painful (cost-wise), and yes Sony is a member.

What's the easiest proof? Anonymous never announced a plan to steal credit cards from Sony.
Kinda late for sony to be planting fake evidence saying that it's "anonymous"'s fault.
