If I were you I'd be contacting Zazzle and linking to this article and telling them that not only are you creating an account on Cafe Press, but you are encouraging others to do the same.
That will accomplish far more than any class action ever could.
They not only need to stop playing it but leave in the options and when the song is selected inform the listener that it is unavailable due to copyright laws that last for the life of the creator plus 70 years.
Several decades ago while a sophomore in high school I had to transfer $1500 from one bank where I had been saving it to a different bank with my free checking account.
