Re: Re: Re: Re: This did little to help the owners
And you really trust them to destroy any information they get out of this? Well, I suppose, it /is/ the government, right? After all, they're hired by us to handle these sorts of things, right?
Re: Don't forget the squatters...who are also steal land?
Not necessarily. squatters must be evicted by the courts in some states. Oh, and there's a useful link at the bottom of posts. It says 'reply to this'. You might want to start using it, because you're getting lost in the signal.

Well, if it isn't the script, then how do you have copyright over it?
Since they didn't send Google any specific links, just top level domains, there really wasn't sufficient notice. From my understanding, their notices did not 'substantially compl[y] with all the provisions of subparagraph (A).'
Was there a contract with a non-disclosure clause in it? I'm unfamiliar with the case, but unless there was such a clause, and it was signed, then there are no trade secrets. You don't get automatic protection on 'trade secrets.'
But they aren't offering anything for sale. They're offering it for rent. Or so another in these comments keeps saying. If it were truly for sale, then there would be no issue with copying and sharing, would there?
I think, perhaps, you should come down off your moral high horse and stop asking loaded questions, then acting all superior and changing what your saying when someone responds to it. All this post of your's was is troll bait. Now, get back on topic.
No, I didn't address your question, because it's a dishonest question.
You do know you can disable to autosave feature, right? So impossible? Not really. Depending on the size of the database, disabling autosaves can sometimes (not always, and only if you're very diligent, yourself) save you a lot of time and headache.

By the way, the car analogy is overworked, and not very good. Get a new one since you're so damned creative.
