That would be a brilliant idea except don't punish the whole when it's a few who are causing all the head aches. Just give them a big middle finger, and a F U then go about your business till they leave. When they show back up with a court order just disappear to the bathroom wipe your bum with it, and hand it back to the them whilst thanking them for the TP cause you're all out. That is what I would being a non-profit organization helping people out. Can't take money from people who don't make any LOL.
We all know what is going on. We all know that politicians use what ever hot button they can find with the "Powerful People" to make sure they get elected again. Either by throwing money at their problems for example not making as much money as they used to. People don't want to have to pay five different amount to be able to use what they buy for an expensive price in all their stuff.
I personally as do many a people that when I buy something all-be-it a book, movie, etc... I paid that money to own that, and with that cost I should be able to do what I want with it. You don't see when people sell their used junk at yard sales the record companies, or movie studios diving in for their cut. All they want is more money for that to pass from one hand to another. Personally I think that is wrong when a person buys a copy of a copy.
Personally I think its completely asinine that the government decided to step in on this. Granted with all that has happened through out the past year, and all the money the spent to other businesses to bail them out of trouble. They don't need to spend money on areas of services that when times get tough people spend their money to take their minds of what is going on. Common you don't see Wal-Marts stocks going up during a recession. People don't flock their to buy groceries. spending $150 a week for food when they can spend 1/4 to half 1/2 that a week by going to McDonald's. You should have seen McDonald's stocks go up at the end of last year...
I am pretty sure you would have seen the same trend in the movie, and music industries (concerts). when times are down people dont want to be depressed thinking about how bad stuff is simple as that.
Problem with look at Wikipedia for answers on things is that it's not all 100% correct. I can create a wiki page on a topic, subject, person, or idea. I can write down all the information that I know of, or gleaned off other sources. Some of the information maybe true, and some of it may not. If you aren't a 100% knowledgeable to know exactly what is fact, and what is fiction in a Wiki article you can take what is said as complete fact. You don't know if that that is wright or wrong at that point, and you could be lead to believe something is when it isn't. If that makes any sense.
It's almost like those Holiday Inn commercials. The guy/woman steps in does something completely awesome, and then gets asked if they are. They respond with "No, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night". Same with a Wiki page you know, but not really.
Which is why I can see a limit on what a juror can do during a trial. Personally if someone needs a clarification on a term, or need to know the definition of something they should use an encyclopedia or a dictionary. Something done by an expert in what ever they are asking about. Not what some random joe blow can write in a wiki page, or any web source.
