Kim Jong-Un would be jealous
They could see who can tell the bigger lie...although I think JKU's claim that Japan stole time from the Koreans in 1919 and ordering all clocks be set back 30 min on Aug 15, 2015 would probably win.

Re: Pitt
I'm guessing this question sums up their concern....some idiot (not the commenter) would get wasted on beer, injure someone and the school would be sued because...the school "allowed" their name to be associated and also because...reasons.
Doesn't make a lick of sense, but welcome to our civil court system.

Would it make a difference....
if the supposed offending language was part of the classroom environment as opposed to an administrative (disciplinary) meeting between some of the staff? Just a thought.

Impossible decision
if the lawyer arguing the case can't even say authoiratively that something would or wouldn't be allowed....how is fielding this hot-mess to all the voting precincts going to work?

ALL polls are designed to reach a particular result! For legitimate pollsters, that result is factual truth. For this bunch of Keystone Krooks the result was what their pals in the industry wanted.

Here is something I never understood
and I'm not being facetious, but how does the FCC go about "blocking" a criminal investigation into fraud? Fail to cooperate I could believe...and would expect court ordered supoenea, etc to force cooperation. Its not like they are the DOJ.

Similar almost happened to me
was on office phone with my iphone propped on my desk. During conversation I said "Sir, I..." next thing I know my iphone SIRI function is searching for stuff on my iphone. Immediately realised what happened and shut that down fast. Went into settings and they'd reverted during last "update" evidently so had to turn off the SIRI functions again. UGH

I'm not interested in weakening the Dam
I just want to build a door from the wet side to the dry side which I can walk through at will. I know you are smart enough to build a single door that will hold back all that water, not let any through when I open it and still work just as well once it is closed again! You just aren't trying hard enough!

Re: Re: Re: I'm confused
I worked at the White House for four years and read in a book that my position was a deep-cover operation for NSA used for spying on our enemies & allies.....I printed that page out and took it to my boss and asked for a raise. He laughed til he cried.

How warrants work
How warrants work... A crime is committed, you develop probable cause, you request a warrant, you go get the information you asked to seize in the warrant, you confirm/prove the crime, you go arrest someone.
how they DO NOT WORK... you THINK a crime was committed, you request a warrant, you go sifting through illegally seized data, you develop probable cause, you arrest someone.
