Re: What about point #3?
The fact this is not a copyrightable sound file, which means "watermarking" the file is questionable to begin with, let alone the rest of the points.
I think you mean the song isn't copyrightable because the music has fallen into the public domain. But the recording could still be under copyright since the performance was most likely more recent, you know, when we have the technology to record sounds. With the current system, the copyright on the recording could last forever.

I wouldn't blame Obama on all this mess. Any1 that thinks the President has the power is simply too naive.
??? - Obama handpicks the U.S. Attorney General...you know the guy that prosecutes whistleblowers. If he doesn't do Obama's bidding you can guess who will be stepping down quickly.

Yet we re-elect 95% of these clowns back into office. The corporation's cronies are in full force at their bidding giving a bipartisan screwing of the public.

Re: Well...
Depends on what you mean by "right wing". Sure, they want limited government which is supposedly a "right wing" ideal but they also think gays should be allowed to marry a "lefty" ideal. I think they are still back and forth on the abortion thing.

Budget cuts
Just like their budget cuts are only cuts to the increases in spending they plan...not to what they currently spend. I have used a similar allegory before but here is Ron Paul's explanation: No plan under serious consideration cuts spending in the way you and I think about it. Instead, the “cuts” being discussed are illusory, and are not cuts from current amounts being spent, but cuts in projected spending increases. This is akin to a family “saving” $100,000 in expenses by deciding not to buy a Lamborghini, and instead getting a fully loaded Mercedes, when really their budget dictates that they need to stick with their perfectly serviceable Honda. But this is the type of math Washington uses to mask the incriminating truth about their unrepentant plundering of the American people.
Neither of these guys are dumb...they must be quite cunning to get to where they are. The majority of the populace is dumb for not seeing through the farce.
