My employer has the legal right to record what I do while I am on the job, why shouldn't i have the right to record a police officer arresting someone?
If you are a homeless person, working with a lawyer who is doing things probono...lets say there is 3000 pages that adds up quickly. Judging by your statements you are made of money so, how about you donate some of that money so you can pay for the useless crap that they overspend on?
Umm...so the fact that several proven corrupt has come from that airport, means its just 1 bad apple? Who is the bad apple? The head of the TSA? Who ever is hiring these people?
I agree, however he might be ordered to report to these people that he indeed violated privacy laws and had no right to send the settlement papers to begin with. This would mean he has a bunch of costly cases coming at him that he will eventually lose especially if every name is listed and they file for a class action lawsuit.
Technically, willful destruction of property, possibly theft (as there could be company data on that drive. I would assume he kept the drive to prove it was destroyed but if not, then he would be financially responsible for that data if it got into unauthorized hands. I can see that being the reason for the Hacking.)
I fooled my debt collectors. My message states that if you are trying to collect a debt and don't leave a message than you willingly agree that I don't owe you anything...I have yet to get one to leave a message and I know they call :)
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Why isn't the PD being sued as well?
It maybe relevant, however the pictures were not needed to do the arrest and to get the laptop back. They may be needed in a trial but NOT for the arrest. There was no need for the company to give the pictures out nor for the cops to take them with them for the arrest. Honestly, that is where I see the breach in privacy.
