You only have one example that you continually point to of the government doing this...I mean two, or three...But, but still, it's really not a problem at all, right?
Basically people aren't happy because there are bad things there. In the giz article (which their article's have been going downhill imo) he talks about how they are done with kickstarter and it sucks cause basically they fail at picking good kickstarter projects. Obviously you can't go and fund any project, you have to actually check up on it, and no matter how much you check up on it, if it's a project to build a Robocop statue, what the hell are you expecting? I have funded several projects, probably about 10-20, and have yet to be disappointed in them. Yes, they typically get push back on the ship date, but who cares, I generally only put a small stock in the date they say and figure it'll come out sometime after that.
It's really not that hard to figure out how to reduce the number, and it's not through new legislation. If they take away, or significantly reduce the length of drug patents, or if they granted compulsory licensing, then the cost of drugs would decrease and the need for importing fakes or cheaper drugs would drop.
Whoa, you're asking them to actually pay attention and read? Then they'd have to come up with something other than 'Pirate Mike blah blah I can't read or comprehend anything'...
Free-to-play, more often than not, means pay-to-winThat's true in some cases, but that's if it's poorly done. Awhile ago techdirt had the article about how Valve worked hard to make sure that wasn't the case with TF2. And it's impressive if they boosted their profits with only '5% paying', which I'm sure is quite ridiculous number. Also League of Legends it's not so much as a pay to win either. I did paid $25 once to get some extra rune tabs, and unlock a character or two, but that didn't give me a massive advantage, and having not shelled out tons of money, I'm not at any real disadvantage.
Thanks for letting me know that. Dexter is a great show which I have supported in the past (ie bought), but I'm not going to pay to watch ads on DVD/Bluray, especially one that's during the show itself.
And if it was not a legit site, why would they not prosecute?? And whether or not it was legit doesn't even matter, you asked about where they ignored due process. They did that there, or are you saying that taking there site away for a year without allowing them any chance to fight it was not ignoring due process? And I believe you asked for one site--even one--

You mean like dajaz1 that everyone and there brother admits was deemed a legit site a year after it was taken away and not allowed to fight it (you know that whole due process thing)...but you're right, they never explain anything on this site, or maybe you just don't know how to read...

We don't have to worry about IP theft there is no such thing...
Copyright is the cornerstone of innovation
Cause again, everyone knows before copyright there was no innovation, just like there was no authors or fans either

Because those HD copies don't already exist within an hour (maybe two) of the show airing already...
