There are terms for groups of animals, such as a colony of weasels, a mischief of rats, etc. This is well known.
I propose that a number of meritless and ill-considered lawsuits be termed a confluence, for example "The judge received a confluence of lawsuits from various breweries, and after review placed them in the public restroom."
Not that anyone would need my permission to use this term, but feel free to use as needed (which may be often).
The Eagles logo is usually shown with the eagle facing to the left. The clip art version also has the bird going to the left. They have missed an opportunity here- by having the bird facing to the right, they could have subtly 'flipped the bird' to the NFL.
I'm going to open a restaurant called "Sarajevo Olympic Taqueria"* with the slogan "where e-mail was invented" and let their lawyers fight to the death over who gets to file first.
Maybe Five Below is just anticipating a future name change necessitated by inflation? Or they could have been planning an upscale version, with items twice as nice as their regular stores?
Dog was a moving target. There may have been unexplained damage to the lawn, shrubbery, and a few holes in nearby cars and homes. Assuming that their aim with their weapons is as poor as their aim with their charges.
