Ever since I got the Sony rootkit from their "One by One" album I have boycotted their (read: Sony) cd's. Plus, most of what they come out with now sounds like the same old songs rehashed.

Re: How does one request a refund of...
To quote an anonymous Washington, D.C. Radiohead fan that went to pick up the free newspaper the band was releasing in conjunction with their new album yesterday...but the band's site posted an incorrect address - "Fuck them for not giving us something for free!"

Spy on me!
It will be interesting to see how Samsung responds to this. I don't know if the SS really knows they pre-installed the keylogger. Samsung PR hasn't replied to inquiries, so ratcheting up the pressure from consumer and privacy advocate groups will be a must. I have read one of the fears of getting all our electronics from China is that this leaves the ability of the Chinese government to install such spying software/malware. If Samsung really knew about this then it is sad since I generally like their products and they have really good customer support in the few times I had to deal with them.

Business Model = Pay what you want!
So they are effectively setting an empty guitar case on the ground hoping for passers-by to drop a coin or two. Who would have thought they would follow Radiohead's model?

Okay...so Makena is the same as Delalutin which was approved by the FDA in 1956. Delalutin was used mainly for treating female hormone imbalance and cancer. Apparently the drug was removed from the market in 2008 'for business reasons.' Probably to hand over the reigns to KV Pharmaceutical to raise our insurance premiums. This article is before the huge price jump so sadly March of Dimes is applauding the decision...they were wrong...oh so wrong. Business Week Article February 6, 2011
If you don't like what Mike gives you then use Google...or do you feel guilty about that?

Oh, shill...all the info is in the post with links to the details. I was really hoping you could come up with an excuse for this. Don't bring out the research angle because, in this case, the drug was already sold FOR $10 A DOSE!!!! So that is a complete load. Shill harder next time.

Note that you can be anywhere to give a donation. Maybe I live in South Carolina and was visiting my mom in California, using her computer to make a Paypal donation with my account/credit card. Is giving a donation a crime (I think you will say it is in this case)? Shouldn't the donating criminals be tried in the state of their crime? How can you prove where any of the donors where at the moment of their crime?
