Pushing me again towards switching, and at least i have that luxury. Gave them another shot since circumstances in my home changed, and they cut down the price, but i really don't need their bundled junk or the caps and larger cost with internet only. I can go cheaper now even without a contract, although one never knows when rates will increase. But then, AT&T has a habit of nickle-and-diming you monthly anyway.
I don't want to deal with their crap anymore. And i see, Karl, your article at DSLReports so... thanks for that also.
None of those are the same as defamation. Not remotely. No, it does not fall under personal injury in legal advertising terms, not even in all caps. And tort law covers a lot of things. If they were defamation specialists, they would claim so.
Regardless, their work product shows how bad they are at it.
So the frontier in their name is the boundary they push that shows how much they can get away with, even if it is openly public and they are technically "in trouble". Good to know that shifts the markers for the bigger ISPs. Not that it isn't long obvious that every last one is a fraud.
_we believe it is likely that investors will (appropriately) apply a somewhat lower terminal growth rate assumption to a business that is achieving its growth through pricing rather than unit growth._
Or what they suggest to tell your doctor, about medications and conditions. I always wonder what doctor they expect you to see when begging for their drug. It must not be any of your regular doctors, or anyone with access to your medical records or anything. (I suppose if your primary and any specialists all say, christ, no, don't take that drug, you have to keep looking.)
R&D had never come close to touching their wild profits, despite all the stories they tell you about how R&D or smaller production of some pharmaceuticals is the reason for the insane costs of many of them.
The larger companies destroyed everyone who was making, and did want to make generic for a lot of drugs. All the mergers made sure there were less, and larger, bug companies.
Aside from no one should ever be asking that, it is frequently swear or affirm. As for those who do actively believe that swearing to their god to tell the truth means something, they also frequently seem to believe lying (examined or not) about some things is actually in service to their god so it's A OK.
I think we aren't supposed to investigate local law enfarcement for anything anymore, and throw away all previous investigations, findings, and consent decrees, etc.
They all know they can lie under oath. It comes with the job description.
The Justice Department is requesting more than $20 million in federal funding to bankroll efforts related to resolving the government’s continuing “Going Dark” problem
Only $20m for government transparency? Sure, why not, seems like a deal.
Well sure. Maybe someone else will fix Verizon's very fine utility poles for them then. Plus they can screw their own workers in the deal, as someone else would be doing the work. Win/win.

Rothschild "invented" a method of hooking up a mixing device to the internet to allow consumers to produce custom blends of their own.
I was going to ask how much demand there was for blends of vexatious and stupid, but then i remembered what planet i'm on.

You chose the wrong comparison. Of course you chose police and black people.
What you were looking for was police and gang members.
