Re: Thinking about moving your domain names to an European country to avoid SOPA?... Think Again
Moving providers has nothing to do with "protecting" yourself from abuse. It's about boycotting a specific company (GoDaddy) so that it doesn't receive income from you as your domain registrar.
It's just about giving the money to somebody else. Of course moving to other registrars won't magically protect your domains.
Yes, but do they own any of the IP that they own? Or do they not own the IP that they do own?
Is there any IP that they own that they do not own? Does the ruling mean that if they don't have any IP they have to get some IP?
What about the IP that other people own and Righthaven doesn't own? Do the other people have to turn it over to Righthaven so that Righthaven can now own it and then claim to own so that they then turn it over to the court?
If Righthaven owns any IP, does the IP own them also in return? Does this mean Righthaven have to also turn themselves over to the court? Or is the IP that has to turn Righthaven over to the court?
If so, can IP own IP? Is IP also considered a citizen of the United States, and as such, does it have to turn over to the court the IP? Can IP go to jail? How can Randazza claim that IP can go to jail? I'm just not seeing it.
We need a special anti-dead police unit, that specializes in voodoo rituals and other necromantic practices to bring those who seek to escape the long arm of justice by failing to live, back to an adequate state of un-death, so that they can be sentenced and entombed. Er, imprisoned...
"A tacit accusation is a malicious form of accusation that is not expressed clearly, in words. It is silent disapproval. It is disapproval that is implied by other statements, actions or by a failure to clearly express approval with the situation, performance, idea, plan or request. Tacit accusations may be expressed by body language such as frowning, a shake of the head or a wag of the finger. It can be a hostile form of disencouragement and opposition. On the other hand it is an accusation that can be easily and conveniently denied as/if a situation deteriorates."
"If you feel like a criminal, that is your problem. I didn't say you were. Guilt is your problem, not mine."
Emphasis mine.
So, you admit that you tacitly said that we are criminals? After all, it is a way of saying things that is not expressed clearly, in words. So you're tacitly accusing us, without words! You should try to read your own definitions.
It's funny how you twist a law to fit what your preconceived notion of what it should cover.
Hey, here's a law that says no parking on the yellow line. Your car was taken and towed out of your garage and broken into... I suspect that it is perfectly legal and sound, because you know it says something completely different than what happened but since I hate you, it's OK that your home got broken into and your car stolen. It's THE LAW!
These are just freetards who want to learn everything for free. There ain't no such thing as free knowledge. If they want education they should make their own instead of ripping off somebody else's work.

Do you just like extortion, or do you also want to enforce murder, rape, robbery and most other crimes, like bob?
