You're: a contraction of "you" and "are" (example usage: you're not good at grammar)
Your: possessive form of "you" (example usage: your teacher didn't teach you grammar)
By the way, I just wanted to say that I do not like this case (I don't even like trademark law), but Ron Paul is not just another establishment puppet.
Ron Paul is definitely not like other politicians. Ron Pauls message is the same as it has always been. The things he's saying now, he also said in 2008 and 1988. Ron Paul is not a politician, he's a doctor who was elected to Congress. Mr. Libertarian himself, Murray Rothbard (RIP), was a close friend of Ron Paul and he endorsed his campaign in 1988. Ron Paul is nothing like other politicians. Ron Paul has never sold out to the establishment and it is very unlikely that he will do so in the future.
The problem with the patent system (and IP in general) is that it violates the natural right to private property and rights derived from it, such as freedom of speech.
Saying that downloading part of a file that is protected by copyright, is copyright infringement, is like saying that drawing a line of a piece of paper is copyright infringement, because some copyrighted works contain lines.
