Our government does things to keep people comfortably fearful, like give just enough money for people to get food stamps, pathetic education, and other welfare assistance, but not quite enough to lift themselves up out of poverty or the middle class. Keep us comfortable so we don't revolt. Good strategy on their parts. Seems to work./div>
The city makes revenue if people break the law. Don't break the law, and the city doesn't make a penny. I don't see what the issue is with using technology to enforce laws where possible, so that police can spend their human hours on more important things. Should radar guns be banned and police be forced to use a stopwatch?/div>
