  While reading Techdirt the other day, I thought to myself what has been going on with the Prenda Gang. I believe it it was while reading about other Trolls. I really missed reading about The Prenda Gang. Maybe they should revive Devils Island just for them.

  Having recently relocated from Oregon to a better state in which to live, Oregon lawmakers and courts are extremely screwed-up. I do not think for one moment that things like this are going to get any better before they get worse. They seem to be modeling themselves after the USDOJ.

  Petreaus did leak state secrets to a person who had neither the security clearance nor the need to know. This is the action of a traitor. He should have been tried for treason If he was loyal beyond question as you state, he would never have done these acts. Our enemies are not the public, it is becoming more and more clear that our enemies are the DOJ, the 3 letter spy organizations and the Administration in general.

  They are not dodging anything, the subpoena's have been served, the Federal Investigation has been opened (it has been going on since October 2014, This is something that we are watching happen in real time. The picture of Cylvia Hayes crying is because she knows she could very well be spending some serious time in Prison over this. Kitzhaber probably thought he would avoid prosecution by resigning, I do believe he was taken aback when after he announced his resignation both the federal authorities and the state authorities are proceeding with charges.
  
  Having met Kitzhaber during his first term back in 2000 he impressed me as a very slimy person. I did not vote for him back then either.

  on Politician Facing Investigation Tries To Destroy His Emails; Assistant 'Helps Out' By Emailing Order To Other Staffers
  Governor Kitzhaber has tendered his resignation and he and his fiancée are subject of a federal investigation into influence peddling and tax evasion (her behalf). There could actually be some jail time in this for them, but given the is one of the most left wing state, who knows. I know this Oregonian certainly never voted for him.

  I agree that the principal was and likely still is an Idiot. I also see nothing disrespectful in using AA properly folded American Flag to honor one our fellow Service Members Living or Dead as you described. I am a Retired Navy Veteran from the Viet Nam - Desert Storm era. BTW thank you for your Service.

  My Flag Flies 24/7. It is properly lit from dusk til dawn. When my flag needs to be ritired, It is properly folded and taken to the VFW for destruction. My Flag is flown at Half Mast on Veterans Day and Memorial Day and appropriate days of mourning.

  Contact your local VFW or American Legion. They have member that will take the flag and Do a proper Respectful Burning of the flag in accordance with the U.S. Flag Code.

  Ron Wyden is a senator from my home state. He is also the only Democrat that I have voted for. I feel that he has got the right idea here. I would very much like to read and hear more discussion concerning OPEN. Thank you Ron!
