    !st Admendment

While the 1st Amendment protects a U.S citizens' rights and also a foreign national residing in the U.S. (?), I do not believe you have a 1st Amendment claim if you are a foreigner citizen or foreign national living outside the confines of the USA. Please correct me here if I fail to understand my rights.

    A Bomb? Really!

My questions is: Where does this local law enforcement agency get the bomb? Is it a bomb that is "military-grade", is it a bomb another government agency supplied the law enforcement agency, or is it a spur of the moment "grenade" of sorts made especially for the bombing "occasion"? What legitimate purpose does a local law enforcement agency employ a bomb to kill accused offenders and who makes that decision? What federal and/or state statute or city policy allows it's local law enforcement arm to employ bombs to negate the life of an accused offender? Is ATF (state and federal) aware that local law enforcement is acquiring, storing and distributing bombs to kill offenders? Maybe this incident indicates a need for more investigative reporting on the fact that local law enforcement in your own community may possess and deploy bombs to mangle and destroy accused offenders based on local spur-of-the-moment thinking and decision making. Scary. The "New America".

Wonder If Calling Problems are Stingray Use

I visit the area of Fayetteville, TN often and have had problems with the cell service there. I am a Sprint customer and I get a "five bar" cell signal there but each time I try to call out, I get hung up on before the call completes. I wonder if TN state law enforcement is using a stingray device in the community. There are no other cell towers close and therefore I cannot connect to any other cell tower. It is a "black hole of cell" there for me and even affects my vehicle's QualComm communication computer assist adversely (I am a truck driver). It has been that way for many months. There also always seems to be a "maintenance type" truck at the base of the cell tower in question. This cell is located just north of Huntsville, AL where the space center is located too. Odd fact, I have called Sprint many times regarding this issue and they seem to know about it but do not give explanation for it's befuddling hang-up behavior.

Re: Wireless Carriers need to be held to even stricter standards...

Worked (more or less) in the airline industry...hefty fines for bait-and-switch advertising...government published statistics for on-time behavior...increased refunds and paybacks to consumers who were delayed by airlines...and, increased refunds and paybacks for consumer where airlines failed to honor their contractual obligations to the consumer flyer. Any hope the FAA can help the FCC find their bal*s?

    Re: Here's what I Predict:

Correction: Google has become far more corrupt then you can imagine. If you were able to see and understand the amount and scope of user information Google has turned over to the U.S. government with regard to NSL's, it would shake the www to the core (pun intended).
