To me, I think it's important that we remember that devs don't think DRM is ideal, but it's the lesser of two evils.
Devs aren't morons, they realise that poor customer service - like this article highlights - will drive customers away. However there needs to be a development in DRM itself to make the process as painless as possible for all involved./div>
