Mostly agree except costs will increase:
1) Phones become more expensive and need more battery because 5G modems are required.
2) Home broadband becomes more expensive because telcos stop maintaining existing infrastructure, forcing use of 5G instead.
So visibility leads to more captures (less successes). But does visibility lead to more recruitment?
Greater visibility is better only if the capture rate is higher than the recruitment rate?
