The only "copyrighted material" that Beck claims in his complaint is being used without his permission is his name: "Glenn Beck," used in parody. If that's a copyright violation simply because it's a use of his name, then how many times per day does Beck violate other people's "copyrighted material" on his commercially-sponsored, money-making (for him) TV show?
At least it used to be commercially sponsored. I understand that is drying up. Or maybe that's just a rumor. But why doesn't Beck deny it?
