  You should be able to click the red button at the top & it will geo-locate you & find your local congresspeople.
  
  If you're not in the US, I'm not sure what will happen... Probably will find the congresspeople on the closest coast of the US?
  
  Also you'll probably need to be using a modern, up-to-date browser.
