  on Why The FDA Ban On Providing Health Reports Based On Personal Genomes Won't Work
  If 23 and Me had the data to prove that their results were meaningful and accurate they could apply to the FDA the same as any other in vitro diagnostic service, of which there are many. If they haven't and can't they probably shouldn't be offering this service.
