  I agree. We will continue to see price increases and fake recovery fees from the CableCos, especially in monopoly markets (majority). Charter has accepted RDOF money to try and expand their network; but these are in areas with lower penetration and where they can wring in as much revenue as possible (no competition as that is what the purpose of the RDOF grants).
