The last Nintendo console I bought was N64. That is the last time Nintendo had a product that caught my interest. I bought it second-hand from a friend because that was back when I was still in middle school. I still have my N64 and every Nintendo console released previous to it packed away in a box somewhere. I have no interest in supporting Nintendo and their anti-consumer practices. Besides it's just easier to download the ROMS these days. Download literally every NES, SNES, N64 game in one compressed file and play them at will without the need to change cartridges. Also I don't have to worry about those old NES cartridges going bad or blowing or cleaning them. I still occasionally load up Super Spike Volleyball for NES on my nVidia Shield TV and play a few matches for nostalgia. I like the music in that game as well.
Change DNS servers to Adguard DNS servers, run Adguard for Android, and you can even run Firefox for Android with unlock Origin in case something got past the first two filters. No more mobile ads. :)
"As far as puters, no interest in watching on 24" screen"
Wow. Your computer must be at least 10-15 years old if it doesn't have an output that can be connected to a television. I have my computer connected to a 65" 4k HDR display (as well as other smaller secondary monitors for high refresh rate gaming when I play FPS games).
It is not difficult to get around paywalls if one really wants to. With that being said I rarely bother with paywall sites. If I click on an article and get one of those paywall popups I usually just blacklist the domain on my network to prevent it from happening again. Paywalls aren't worth my time and 99% of all articles will be covered elsewhere by non-paywall sites. Also almost 100% of the articles I read are tech related. I wouldn't go to any of those websites for tech news any way, to be honest.
There was no mention of a deadline to have new map data by. Left up to the ISPS it will be several years, at earliest, before they publish any new map data. Ajit Pai is one of the most obvious bought puppets in government. He doesn't even try to deny or hide it at all. He has literally stated he doesn't care about public opinion mass majority. Just keep sipping your giant Reece's mug with your earplugs in, scumbag.
This isn't 1940. The Internet exists. You can't just pretend something like this didn't happen and not show it in the MSM and expect people to not know about it. If anything it would probably be spread even faster and talked about online even more because the MSM wasn't covering it.
