This is another case of a customer/patient/client having a terrible experience with a service provider and telling the world. It's like when you buy a car and you hated the car salesman. You tell your friends and family and social media NOT to go there or NOT to deal with Mr. John Smith. However, if you have a great experience, it's like pulling teeth (pun intended) to get those individuals to leave a positive review or tell a friend. Anger can make people do ridiculous things and they let their emotions get the best of them, before trying to see if they can work it out. - Patrick/div>
