I've always wondered why the cable companies aren't paid by the content provider for the carriage rather than vice versa as now. After all if the content provider broadcasts its product it has paid the govt for the bandwidth.
In the future NO POOL to draw upon make it a per person fine: in this case, fine is $125 per person for ALL WHO WERE EFFECTED. 147,000,000 * $125 = $18.375 Billion
The current AT&T is nothing more than a re-named Cellular One, not the Bell system of your memory. And if you remember Cellular One wasn't the the fastest bit on the cell network either. The current "Cellular One" was the left-overs no-one wanted.
Let requester petition the EU court because you'll only consider an "erasure" if it comes from the court -- they passed the "law" let them enforce it. And if you get one, block the requester, i.e. forget them !/div>
Too bad we can't tape the crude, rude, and down-right MEAN mouth of our Prez. He's now expanded his meanness from Puerto Rico hurricane, to the Dreamers, onto the 17 year Salvadorian refugees, and now to "half" of the world. Guess his PR for his "base" was running low./div>
... should have the same answer as Google's problem of removing "forget mes" and that is if a court decree or govt law "requires" such the court or govt should provide not just parameters but the EXACT account BY NAME or EXACT POST by URL in writing signed by THE JUDGE or an govt official./div>
Same arguement AT&T (when it was Ma Bell, not the re-tred Cellular One) used about 3rd party Phone book covers -- calls wouldn't go thru, THE network would collapse, dogs and cats would live together./div>
I've always wondering why the cable transport company (Cable) pays the content "generator" (CG) and not the other way around since the CG gets an audience they wouldn't otherwise have, and they (CG) gets the increased ad revenue./div>
My Comcast version of the weather channel thinks my "local" area is about 30 miles from me. So my "Local on the 8s" is useless and there is NO WAY to contact anyone who might fix this, NO WAY, not Comcast, not NBC, not weather.com.
Weather.com is slightly more useful but the amount of the page not taken up by ads or other non-weather items is very small. I've switched to weatherunderground.com for my weather./div>
Best suggestion I've heard on this subject is for Google to submit each and every "forget" request to the court for a ruling on if it meets the court's approval and why. Wonder how long the court will continue this farce then./div>
Who should pay on cable content

Ask the court to decide and then wait ...
Oh yes, the charge idea is also great./div>

Gosh, what original thoughts
Those who forget the past ...
BTW today's AT&T is just a new name for that wonderfully remembered Cellular One.
Why is Comcast allowed to buy media providers and be a carrier? Very conflict of interest, very./div>
