I just like how the calls for removing section 230 protections from such-and-such website is almost never anything to do with whether they should be held liable for any content posted by another user, and is always just about wanting to see the site punished in general for doing something disliked.
Shirts like these should have a QR code or short URL or something on them so that there is a quick reference back to a specific Techdirt article on the topic./div>
When I see stories like this, and Apple's lawsuits with so many different companies over nothing important, and then see that their latest announcements are all about playing catch up to the existing tech trends that other innovative companies have pushed forward.. I cannot help but think that if they were not so worried about litigation, they could go back to doing some of that innovation themselves./div>
