I am not a lawyer, but I would assume that anytime someone transfers business assets into personal accounts, there is a great deal of paperwork involved. This guy seems to have just given an excuse for all of his personal assets to be seized pending accounting investigation for this fraud./div>
Lets all keep track of every DOJ employee using stingray type devices! They have no problem with their use so we clearly are misunderstanding the privacy issues./div>
Wait a year and send them a threatening letter demanding the full amount or they will notify authorities. Some will pay it all, others will settle for a small percent. Profits all around even though theft was inevitable./div>
The lack of word from the police about it right now means that they are desperately digging through all resources to find a justification for the shooting.
If the roles were reversed, the shooters picture would be plastered on the news and she would have been convicted in the court of public opinion already./div>
Metadata can also contain the text from any communication such as digitally transcribed phone conversations, the text of a document, or the contents of text messaging services. Never accept that it was "just metadata"./div>
Since Nielsen is no longer trustworthy, it sounds like we need a new 3rd party aggregate counter to keep track of various entertainment trends. It should include viewership from youtube channels, netflix, amazon, and other internet only systems along with cable, over the air and none of the above. We should be able to see popular music trends and music videos as well.
When a system starts being manipulated, we can't trust it to reform itself any longer./div>
Why not also force the defense to present everything in Mime format for the remainder of the trial? Nothing says fair systems like hamstringing one side with catch all secret clauses./div>
Consumers adapt to the ever growing pressure of ads. We have shows split up even when we pay a premium to watch them in many formats. Smart consumers see the options and go with the one that inconvenience them the least overall. Traditional cable TV seems to be trying to wring blood out of a stone with the remaining subscribers they have left. Two more years is the maximum that this state will last before it fragments and consumers benefit from lower costs and more choices, with very few, if any ads./div>
It is a proposal for wireless broadband. Think satellite dishes, but aimed at antenna a dozen miles away instead of up in orbit. They would beam enough data back and forth to send internet and video channels./div>
Isn't it too bad the broadband companies haven't used those funds set aside to build out the networks to the last people. If they had, there would be no need to keep collecting the extra fees and those customers would have broadband and would not be an issue any longer./div>
China is advancing in space in a big way. They have enough launches planned over the next 18 months to militarize space if they wanted too and war spending is always on a capable of doing basis, not a verified as doing basis.
We aren't saying much in the news about it, but Russia has been replaced by China as the main cold war threat./div>
I find that old judges who don't understand the cases they are overseeing often release things like this. They can't find the logic and assume no one will notice that their train derailed long ago./div>
If more developers could think of the refund possible stage as a trial period, they would get less frustrated with the refunds they do get and focus on retention rates to gain more then they lose. Refunds are a form of feedback./div>
I buy every monthly bundle from them and have for years. I link to their free library often when referring people to some of the series from them. Just read Monster Hunter Siege and will not be surprised to see that series end up as a TV series./div>
