Agree that copyright terms are ridiculously long. "The point is to encourage the constant creation of new works, not to shit one golden egg and sit on it indefinitely" While I understand the point of this project was to make the game available in a different format, it is hardly "creating a new work" It would be cool if Nintendo would just get on board with the guy though :(
