    Really people...

Maybe instead of trying to correlate m&m eating to violent behavior from playing video games, they should look at the violent children and take a survey of the parenting techniques and moral disengagement of the parents of these children... Children tend to learn a lot from their parents...

Agreed! As a homebrewer myself, beer is always in my heart. The court should have awarded Clown Shoes the patent to Vampire Pale Ale out of sheer stupidity in arguing that a Pale Ale is anywhere near a Stout of any make...

I sincerely hope the brewmaster had no hand in making this argument...

Next thing you know, ABinBev will be suing Goose Island for patent infringement....

So I should pay for the DVD, pay for my cable/on demand/HBO to show it hopefully, or pay for Netflix to hopefully have the right to show it 3 months after its out on dvd... Those are the "content management" solutions? BAHAHAHAHAHA!! I'll just keep ripping my DVD's, buying them off iTunes, and buying the digital copies. I get my movies legally, but if ripping a DVD I bought 3 years ago is going to be illegal and called pirating, I have one thing to say... ARRRGGGHHH!!!!

i'm more of a campaign player myself. I do enjoy playing live, but only after a few drinks and with a group of friends. I play it for fun and don't care about my kill death ratio and all that so I never get mad. I think more developers are gearing more towards the live players over the campaign players with the DLC coming out. If you buy a game for only its online content and get mad when its not up to snuff after you spent $60... that's on you. $60 is fine with me given the technology used to develop new engines(frost) and pay the voice actors(some of which are big name actors)to make the story great. I applaud them and reward them with my money and loyalty.
