  These are just drawings on a piece of paper. So far removed from reality that saying this thing cleans the air is about as correct as saying Rosie O'Donnell is attractive.
  In the wild world where such a large structure was able to "clean" the air, the pollution created while constructing it would more than cancel out any benefits.

  Repeat a lie a thousand times and it's still a lie. HFT doesn't create liquidity! It creates volume. HFTs essentially get to look at the bids before everyone else does, buy it at a cheaper price, then sell it to that bidder at what they bid. In any other game, that's called CHEATING! They're making RISK FREE profits that you and me can't make! It has absolutely nothing to do with liquidity, in fact it's probably scared more dollars out of the market than it's put back into it.
