Not only should this be thrown out, but he should have to pay for every Google lawyer, executive, secretary, and mailboy that dealt with this! Also, he should have to pay for every judge, clerk, and bailiff that got near this 'suit'!
People like him do real harm to the vulnerable cancer patients desperate, or ignorant, enough to buy into it.

As a cancer survivor (Stage 3 colorectal), currently in chemo, these 'natruopaths' prey on people's vulnerability and steal money from them. I've been through radiation and 2x surgeries, I'm on my way to being able to live the rest of my natural (pun intended) life. Sadly, I fear many of the victims will not.

Tim specifically calls out ADT's explanation/apology (and linked to the tweet with the graphic) then did a blockquote of that explanation/apology. The blockquote does not correctly quote what ADT said. It's minor, I know, but what's in Tim's article is not correct.
How many times, in the past, has a SDCC traveler claimed that priceless comics were stolen from their checked luggage? I don't know, but I'm a cynic that believes the number is large enough, and the dollar amounts large enough, for United to BAN comics from checked luggage themselves. The added twist, is that United is blaming TSA for it instead of saying "we're tired of paying out for (likely) false loss claims."
Let us not forget the company begging for permission to talk to the public about a massive spying operation INTENTIONALLY kept its own security department in the blind when it had actually implemented one.
