I think a better idea would have been to record the album and include the sheet music to encourage others to both buy and record their own cover. Maybe I am missing something... Additionally, there are plenty of folks still churning out sheet music and arrangements, but maybe that is too nerdy for most music aficionados./div>

I, for one, will be glad when the Lady Gagas and the Kardasians are not synonomous with our national culture being forced down our throats by mass media. I submit that that the music already in public domain far exceeds anything the *IAAs come up with in their risk averse world./div>
The problem with those that feel like they are "in" and the legacy gated community is that they feel like they are the only professionals. They are part of an entertainment industry struggling to entertain. Many that are "in" are of questionable talent. The internet is the great equalizer for distributing talent from a bigger pool of artists. Quality talent is not synonomous with professional especially in Hollywood or Big Labels. Even big game studios struggle to create where smaller teams are more innovative.
