No surprise. Bihar is particularly known for its lawlessness. This is just another example of how arbitrary village councils can get. This attitude that "leaders" need to make rules for the rest of us is quite representative of India./div>
Reasonable? Depends. Was there some kind of a contract that said that all performances will adhere to the letter of the play? If people chose to accept the contract, they have to abide by it. If so, any intentional deviation would make the result a derivative work. Sounds too bad? Don't make such contracts./div>
Designate certain accounts or entities as "off limits"? Why should Obama have more rights than I do? Politicians should suffer more than others. Then the whole DMCA debacle might crash. I am so happy it happened to the Obamas./div>
