  on Attention Game Developers And Console Manufacturers: 'Always On' Is NOT The Same As 'Always Connectable'
  The times when my internet connection is down or flaky are often the times that I'd like to be able to play a (single player) game.
  
  Internet down, can't log in to work, can't check email, heck, I think I kick back an play a little sim...
