They must've used the money to fund the interior remodel of the Capitol records building. The executive floor is coming out very nice, much nicer than the other floors./div>
Yep! Return to Castle Wolfenstein as well. I distinctly remember the stern warning when running the demo about the game being illegal in Germany when I was a kid and thought it was due to all of the nazi references.
This moment would only be so much better if a locked chest was unearthed, with dusty copies of doom on 3.5 diskettes being handed out to bewildered kids./div>
After I ditched my shoddy iPhone hardware and jumped over to Win Phone 7, RunKeeper came out within a few months after the switch and I was stoked, no need to start over with a new running program. Developers keeping their customer's options open, that cannot hurt business.
I hate to say she has a brain on her, but that's just me being biased and irritated towards her music. Either She or her management knows how to drive a pop market; music is the advertising, concerts are the income, so might as well push that crap out for free./div>
Sony didn't want to pay top dollar for Network Security, It's really as simple as that. These aren't problems Executives Project Managers should ever have to worry about, unless they're being cheap with IT or have an incompetent HR staff, which also may be a result of being cheap.
Spend the money, protect your investments, make some jobs, keep hacking. Wash, rinse, repeat./div>
"How long until fans will have to pay a team just to cheer them on?"
Canucks Ticket - $185
Canucks Replica Jersey - $115
Dinner/Drinks at a Watch Party - $20
Sports Pack on DirecTV - $13
Radio play-by-play - I'd say priceless but I doubt anyone can limit themselves to being a fan through radio only.
I'm wondering why only the Canucks are being sheltered from those greedy people providing support and free advertising for their team. Is the NHL preparing the 'official Stanley cup champion' product line before the playoffs are over? Is Miller Lite already printing up Canuck logos on their beer cans?
If you want the peace of mind that someone's not going to pull out a box cutter and slit you carotid artery, you're going to have to deal with a disgruntled employee touching your junk.
I don't like these new touchy-feely techniques, but what I don't like even more is the populous changing there minds so damn fast.
Go back to the old security measures, tragedy strikes, everyone demand strict measures again, wait another 10 years... wash, rinse, repeat/div>
I'm confused, is the company PPK Handgun a separate entity from Carl Walther?
Also, Smith & Wesson is supposedly the only source anyone can acquire new PPKs, so wouldn't they be the ones more concerned with James Bond's Choice Weapon?
Plus, James Bond's weapon of choice is arguable because in recent films & non-fleming novels, he uses a P99.
A few years back, the Los Angeles Kings had a trainer who gave a "behind-the-scenes" look on his twitter account, which was named 'LAKingsTrainer'. He ended up getting a little too behind the scenes and started posting some unwarranted beef he had with the team reporter/correspondant. He was axed for the unprofessionalism.
In this situation, he was using the Kings name, and therefore the Kings could have claimed unauthorized usage of their trademark. There wasn't any holding out and he deleted the account without protest.
CNN can claim that account violates trademark, BUT, he should be able to retain the account and just remove CNN from his username (which is very possible, Display & Account names can be modified). No problem with losing any followers, at least not due to the name change./div>
Can't rememeber when, but I remember Lead Singer Dickey Barret talking about his experiences with commercial music.
Essentially Pizza Hut tries to buy the rights of 'The Impression That I Get;' gets turned down; says that's fine, we'll just create our own version; Commercial's released; Bosstones sue & win, Pizza Hut breaks even budget-wise regardless.
I'm running on memory here that's tainted with a weekend in Vegas, so take it about as credible as your general wikipedia entry ;)/div>
Well you can look it up on IMDB, because it gained it's following from torrents, which led it to be found on-demand and even streaming on netflix now. If it's a good film, it will find it's niche, and make IMDB, if that's really a goal.../div>

Wouldn't calling the judge that heard his case "defrauded" merit a case of defamation against him? heh heh/div>
