As the article states this person was arrested and it seems his only crime was hosting an IRC server that Luszsec had a chat room on. They grabbed the server looking for chat logs ?
Most servers do not log chat but i have been told there are a few that logging can be enabled on.
At least here in the US we have a 1st amendment right to talk freely........ or do we?/div>
To be secret it needs to be of national security interest to mark it secret. Saying that he is dead is a good thing, producing a picture will not increase the chances that we will be attacked but it will prove to the world that he is dead.

Sen. Lindsey Graham, Republican member of the Armed Services Committee said

“I respectfully disagree with President Obama’s decision not to release the photos. It’s a mistake. The whole purpose of sending our soldiers into the compound, rather than an aerial bombardment, was to obtain indisputable proof of Bin Laden’s death. I know Bin Laden is dead. But the best way to protect and defend our interests overseas is to prove that fact to the rest of the world. I’m afraid the decision made today by President Obama will unnecessarily prolong this debate.”
This administration was to be the most open one in history and so far its been the most closed off one in history./div>
A link. Embedding. Same thing. You as a linker/embedder are NOT streaming it from your site. YOUTOOB is. you are merely providing a link to whomever is sourcing the content.
So what you are saying is that LINKING is a crime ? OMFG SHEESH./div>
So let me get this one straight. Once this is pushed through, anybody that wants to infringe will peer to peer using encryption. No isp's will know anything about the packets traversing their network. Magic little bits of randomness.
Oh just like my SSH sessions to places far and wide.
This is an imposable task. It can never work. How much are they going to raise the price of your internet connection to pay for all the monkeys to TRY to decrypt the traffic running down the pipes./div>

Guess its a move to lib up the voting base ?
I think we have had enough of Libs for a while ?
I think a libertarian viewpoint is more sane.
Nether the repub-o-crats or the dem-o-pubs are getting it right./div>
Gambling is only illegal if the governments cant find an easy way to tax the shit out of it. Lottery's were illegal until the government decided they were a great way to make money.
They allow Indian casinos to have poker and slots and tax them. It all boils down to TAXES. Which the government does so poorly to spend so they want more and More and MORE./div>
I run an IRC server and 99.99% of ALL .IT users come on to IRC channels to "lista" looking for fileservers for illegal content provided by people. They IMHO the WORST offenders on stealing content LMAO./div>
When will the American people take up arms against this corrupt government we have here? After all our rights are taken away including our guns? People WAKE UP its time to write your government whether its your senator or representative or the president himself ( lot of good that will do ). The terrorists have won. Face it freedom is on its last legs./div>
the government is a bunch of hippocrits they dont care if you gamble all your money away on the state lotteries. they dont care if you gamble all your money away in nevada they dont care if you gamble away all your money in indian casinos. no they want to tax it. its not about gambling its about TAXATION. we in the US should revolt againsd this crap. gambiling is legal where the web sites are located. they have no right to hole this person. GET A GRIP you government boneheads./div>
