Differentiate or Die, Already Dead!

I've just had a quick read through a section of " Differentiate or Die". Apart from the the title there seems to be nothing to differentiate this book from the many others in this business area. It looks like a book thats past its sell by date and just been given a new title, its pretty funny though (even though it's trying to be serious).
