  19 Year old, and still kickin

  Well this is kind of related to me since i am a 19 Year old who works at a Startup company here in NYC making descent money. I am positve with more experience i will make a ton of it, but to be honest with you i still consider college as a possibility within the next few years, i do have time after all, i am 19 :).

  ...and older folks too!

  It's interesting to me that there isn't more written about 'older' folks getting retrained for high-tech. I am in my late forties and graduated from a community college last June. I had a full-time, well-paid position in my chosen profession nine months before I graduated.
  I discovered that my previous experience in business served to erase any age bias that may exist high-tech (I'm not so convinced it *does* exist).
