Courts Says Don't Break Up Microsoft

If you're reading this here first, you don't read enough technology news. The court has said that the original ruling was wrong, Microsoft shouldn't be broken up, and sent it back to the lower court - though they also said they'd like a judge who doesn't spill everything to the media first.
