Vizzavi Going Down

Vizzavi was a big bet for Vodafone and Vivendi and looks like the bet isn't going to pay off. Rumor has it the struggling partners want to dump Vizzavi to deal with their own problems. Vivendi is heavily in debt and Vodafone is gearing up for a global battle with i-mode.
