Online Gambling Laws Too Tricky To Figure Out

Congress is doing their best to figure out ways to officially ban online gambling - but they've run into some problems. It seems that some of their plans would also hurt other forms of gambling that are already legal, such as dog tracks. I think the problem they're having is that they seem to want to some how distinguish "good" gambling from "bad" gambling, but they have no idea which is which. It seems to be that "good" gambling is gambling that already occurs and "bad" gambling is anything new. Update: In somewhat related news, Citibank today announced that they will begin blocking all transactions on their cards at online gambline sites. Since they control a large percentage of the credit card market, they may effectively prevent a lot of online gambling by themselves.
