More and more crowdfunded projects are popping up all the time. We've mentioned a few recently, like the video game that collected over $3 million from tens of thousands of folks who essentially pre-ordered the game before it was even created. Here are just a few more cool Kickstarter projects that look interesting. By the way, StumbleUpon can recommend some good Techdirt articles, too.

      how did anything on the web get to be so popular? luck of the draw. also probably having been around since before anyone thought it was a good idea, and doing a way better job at it than anyone had a right to expect for such a nascent phenomenon.
