Papers Please
At all times, you must carry bank statements, paycheck stubs, identification, and all receipts for all clothing, jewelry, and electronics you happen to have with you.

And they still miss the points we all try to make
*I* don't care if I pay less or MORE - *I* care that I pay for what I *WANT* to watch. I am consuming a LOT more entertainment via Amazon - I pay for a LOT of shows that are not in the core Amazon Prime package. I buy a LOT of movies (sometimes, just to learn if I want to buy the blu-ray for my collection).
Cable costs too much for stuff I do *NOT* want - and is still on a schedule that doesn't fit mine. And I don't have any hope that they will fix either of those core issues. ever.
"Social Media Platform". Let's see - the web is entirely social as every page shares information with all its viewers; anything published in a readable format is by definition "media"; and every server is a "platform". So - the abuse of this law will expand to EVERY website they don't like. It may start with the "Big Boys" - but this will have scope creep that moves at velocities above the speed of light.
I live 20 miles outside of Tallahassee, and have bonded DSL at 20MB with static IP to my house from Centurylink. Some ISPs do still care about service to their customers.

None of that matters.
They are damn busy fighting wars - the war on terror, the war on drugs, the war on people travelling, the war on people carrying cash, the war on people having intact homes, the war on people driving nice cars, the war on secured phones, the war on whistle-blowers, the war on "non-government-employees" ... dammit - they have to do SOMETHING and that costs MONEY.

Dumb Statement of the Year...
“It’s people consuming something they haven’t paid for."
Exactly WHEN did this become law? I seem to recall consuming many years of free TV broadcasts and free Radio broadcasts and free concerts in the park and free air and free fruit from the trees in the yard ...
(oops.. better not say that "free air" one... someone will start charging me for it..)
Whether or not Skippy likes it, there is no law that everything consumed must be paid for.
Matter of fact, you can consume "free love" but it is illegal to pay for it...

And Why...
... was the US citizens phone information in the NSA database in the first place? Oh yeah... ALL phones EVERYWHERE are monitored, tracked, traced, and logged.
